CV writing training in Bangalore to anticipate future applications
The LP4Y association and the local FM Logistic team organized a training course in Bangalore on CV writing, a key tool for integrating into professional life. Our HR manager for southern India intervened to share his expertise, offering practical advice on how to make a CV more impactful. This initiative allowed 16 beneficiaries to benefit from his experience and tips. A strong commitment from our collaborator, concretely supporting the professional integration of young people.
Donation of refurbished smartphones to strengthen connectivity of LP4Y centres in India
In partnership with the LP4Y association, four smartphones were collected for the Bangalore and Chennai centers. FM Logistic’s IT services reconditioned these devices so that they could be used optimally: receiving calls from partners and the community, maintaining social networks for beneficiaries and monitoring recruitment sessions. Thanks to these efforts, two centers were equipped with reconditioned smartphones, allowing 28 beneficiaries to improve their professional and social integration.

In collaboration with the Work for Equality association, meeting between the beneficiaries of the new session and the employees of the headquarters. So many opportunities to exchange with disadvantaged students and share personal experiences related to studies and careers. At the end, a certificate was awarded to the second class of students who completed their studies.
